Arangetram is a Tamil word that means “ascending the stage.” It is the traditional debut performance where a dancer offers years of learning, discipline, and devotion before the Guru, family, friends, and well-wishers.
For Ananya Maram, this milestone is presented as Ramayaniyam - The Path of Dharma: a Bharathanatyam offering inspired by the values of courage, compassion, duty, and grace found in the Ramayana.
